Meet the Founder
Meet Janoviea Jackson, Founder of Epic Quality Home Care.
For more than 20 years, Janoviea Jackson has dedicated her career to providing compassionate home care and supporting others. Her experience includes roles as a Home Care Aide, Activities Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Mental Health Assistant. Additionally, she holds a degree in Human Services, which provides her with both practical experience and an educational foundation to serve individuals and families effectively.
After years of direct client interaction, Janoviea noticed an opportunity to redefine home care. Too often, she observed agencies run by individuals who understood the business side but had never experienced the realities of stepping into a client's home as a caregiver or CNA.
This insight was instrumental in inspiring the creation of Epic Quality Home Care in 2026. Janoviea aimed to build an agency where decisions are not made solely from behind a desk but informed by a genuine understanding of what clients, families, and caregivers face every day, especially in the realm of independent living support.
Born and raised in Lakewood, Washington, Janoviea still calls Lakewood home and is proud to provide personalized care services to the community that has shaped her. Epic Quality Home Care embodies her belief that quality care should be personal, respectful, dependable, and delivered with true compassion.
